Music for Marines

Matthew Dwain Conley was born and raised in Greenhill, AL. He attended Rogers High School and graduated with honors in May 2002. Upon graduation Matthew enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. His dream was to one day use the military's funding to continue his education and become a high school history teacher and a coach.
Matthew was deployed to Ramadi, Iraq on Labor Day 2005 with the 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment. He spent six months in the Anbar Providence running security checkpoints, training Iraqi soldiers, and doing other typical Marine Corps Duties.
Corporal Matthew Conley was killed in action on February 19, 2006 a few weeks before he was scheduled to end his deployment and one week before his 22nd birthday. He left behind his mother and father, two sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew, and his wife and unborn child.
The Matthew Conley Memorial Fund was created to help local children with educational funding and military families with financial needs. We are a non-profit organization.
We are trying to establish a fund in Matthew's honor. All donations will be greatly appreciated.
